Package Your Item
Carefully place the garment in its original packaging, ensuring the designer tags and security seals have not been removed or tampered with.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
